HOWARD HAMLIN Howard's 33 year real estate career began in development and then switched to land brokerage. Over the last 16 years as a land broker, he has helped his clients sell over 14,000 residential lots. The prior 17 years he was on the management team for two development firms, building new home subdivisions and 1.2 million SF of office, industrial and retail projects. This experience, knowlege, vast data base of contacts and strong relationships enable Howard to fulfill his need to provide exceptional service and value to his clients. Howard's drive for excellence has enabled him to win 4 sailing World Championships. KIRK GOODING Kirk has a passion for Real Estate and a love for the business. He is an authority on the land markets in the Inland Empire and Orange County. With years of land brokerage experience and having been formally trained in brokerage during his tenure at CB Commercial, he is extremely focused and possesses an innate sense for the psychological aspect of the deal making process. Having traveled to the far reaches of the world, Kirk is very familiar with and appreciates different cultures and customs. An active martial artist and surfer, Kirk is a graduate with a business degree from Long Beach State and a licensed captain of passenger vessels. JOHN KAYE John Kaye is a 25-year real estate industry veteran who has held senior management positions at The Irvine Company, Koll Company, and Brookfield Homes. With a diverse background and skill set, his responsibilities have included, land acquisitions/dispositions, project management, finance, market strategies and land brokerage. John’s clients benefit from this vast technical knowledge and more important his refined transaction skills from years on both sides of the negotiating table.
